I graduated in Physics from the Autonomous University of Madrid and I am currently pursuing a Master's in Quantum Science and Technology at the University of Barcelona. I started working as an intern in a quantum communications group and quickly became fascinated by the field. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to continue working with them for my Master’s thesis, where I am now focused on designing and implementing an optical link for quantum communications.

I have spent all of my physics journey in the University of Barcelona. I got my bachellors there, where I also obtained a masters in Particle Physics and Cosmology. After a period working as an HPC engineer in Earth Science, I found my way back into the quantum world in the masters that I'm currently taking with Julie and Lucía. I'm interested in quantum computing and simulations, and I also love teaching, and sharing my passion for science.

With a background in Electrical and Communication Engineering, I fell in love with quantum physics through YouTube videos. Determined to deepen my understanding, I joined the Master’s program in Quantum Science and Technology at the University of Barcelona. Now, I am working as a student intern, conducting research in quantum nanomechanics at The Institute of Photonic Sciences. I believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience the joy of understanding nature at the atomic level!
